The optional TorqLOC® hollow shaft mounting system for parallel shaft helical, helical-bevel, helical-worm or SPIROPLAN® right-angle gear units is used to achieve a non-positive connection between the customer's shaft and the gear unit's hollow shaft.
 
The design of the TorqLOC® hollow shaft mounting system simplifies assembly and significantly improves drive unit removal even after extended periods of use. We deliver the drive unit with a bushing suitable for its diameter. The customer installs the clamping ring on the customer shaft and the drive unit can be easily mounted and fixed.

The TorqLOC® mounting system enables the use of extruded and unmachined materials up to the h11 quality level for the customer spindle. There is no need for machining for the customer spindle.
We have thought of everything down to the smallest detail: We consider customer shafts and hollow shafts of different diameters. Up to four nominal diameter adjustments can be made with one gear unit size.
